A 21-year-old man of Garden Township in Lusaka has been dragged to court for allegedly stealing two pairs of shoes from Jet Stores worth K400.

In this matter, Misheck Phiri, unemployed, is charged with one count of theft contrary to Section 272 of the Penal Code Chapter 87 of the Laws of Zambia.

Particulars of the offence allege that on August 22, this year in Lusaka, Phiri stole two pairs of shoes valued at K400, property of Jets stores.

When the matter came for allocation, Tuesday, it was allocated to Lusaka Magistrate Martha Miti for plea.
