THE Legal Resources Foundation Limited has petitioned the Constitutional Court for a declaration that the 12 presidential running mates have not complied with the Constitution by failing to pay nomination fees and providing 100 supporters from each of the 10 province. The foundation has argued that to the extent that the said running mates did not pay the election fee and are not supported by at least 100 registered voters from each province, they have contravened Article 100(1) (j) of the Constitution.
