THE Lusaka Magistrates’ Court has rejected an application for bail pending appeal by photographer Cornelius Chellah Tukuta. Chella was recently sentenced to two years imprisonment with hard labour for defaming former Information and Broadcasting Services Minister Dora Siliya.
