THE Patriotic Front in Petauke Central Constituency has written to the Electoral Commission of Zambia, reporting Independent Candidate Emmanuel Jay Jay Banda, what they described as illegal branding of Patriotic Front material and colour during his campaign activities. According to the Constitution an independent candidate is supposed to renounce his or her membership from the party. But Banda has continued to campaign with visible PF colours, a move that has unsettled the Dora Siliya camp in Petauke.
