VICE-PRESIDENT Inonge Wina says the PF government will in the next five years ensure that contracts on local projects are given to Zambians. Speaking in Chipata when she met religious leaders, Vice-President Wina further said the PF government would in the next five years focus on rural roads and rural development. “Value addition is a must, particularly for this province.
