FORMER Finance Minister Ng’andu Magande says he has decided to join the campaign to remind those wishing to be in the next government to address issues affecting citizens and give hope to the electorate. And Magande says the utilisation of the foreign debts has not been properly audited to give a fairer picture to the people on where the funds were spent.
