LUSAKA businessman Diego Cassili has denied media reports indicating that an OCiDA Parallel Vote Tabulation (PVT) project scheduled for the August Polls has been hijacked by UPND sympathisers headed by him. On Tuesday, the Daily Nation newspaper carried a story indicating that an uproar had broken out within OCiDA, following reports that the said project has been hijacked by a partisan team, thereby causing divisions in the civic organisation.
