THE Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) says it is considering punishing individuals who participate in Ponzi schemes like PMG. SEC Director of Enforcement and Legal Services Diana Sichone further says the Lusaka Securities Exchange (LuSE) posted robust growth in the third quarter. However, Sichone says Zaffico, Standard Chartered, Zambeef and Puma posted losses in the same period.
