THE Lusaka Magistrates’ Court has again denied bail to Francis Kapwepwe, popularly known as ‘Why Me’ in a matter where he is charged with hate speech, on the basis that he is of no fixed abode. Lusaka Magistrate Idah Phiri Mupemo has ruled that the fact that law enforcement had to seek the assistance of Interpol to apprehend Kapwepwe outside the country underscores his propensity to abscond court if granted bail.
