A Lusaka man has told the Chelstone Local Court that his wife reported him to the Victim Support Unit (VSU) for keeping her hungry after she discovered that the only relish available at home was beans and soya chunks. This was heard in a case where Hellen Tembo, 26, of Ng’ombe Compound, sought divorce from her husband, Stanley Lungu, 31, of Bauleni Compound. She accused him of neglect, infidelity, and physical abuse, saying he often spent nights away from home and would return with shaved private parts.
