INFRASTRUCTURE, Housing and Urban Development Minister Charles Milupi says it is cheap and meaningless for Dolika Banda to announce that she wants to challenge President Hakainde Hichilema in the 2026 general election, without any political experience. The niece to former republican president, Rupiah Banda, intends to run for the presidency next year, and she says it is time for serious, selfless, and sober leadership.
