MINISTER of Defence Ambrose Lufuma has commended the Zambia Defence Force for their excellent performance in food security and response to humanitarian disasters. Lufuma has however raised concern over rising cases of transnational crimes such as motor vehicle theft and smuggling of essential goods. He said this during the opening of the Ministerial meeting at the 26th Session of the Zambia – Namibia Joint Permanent Commission on Defence and Security in Chilanga District, Thursday.
