BOWMAN Lusambo called me a sleepy minister for not stealing and amassing wealth whilst in office, says former Southern Province minister Dr Edify Hamukale. Dr Hamukale has warned public officers that, “money is never enough, just live a simple, happy life and work hard for your wealth”.
