TRANSPARENCY International Zambia (TI-Z) has called on government to allocate adequate time and space towards the constitutional consultations for citizens to be engaged meaningfully. TI-Z insists that Constitutional reforms must be rooted in genuine public participation and transparency, saying rushing the process will undermine the very principles it seeks to uphold.
