POLITICAL analyst Dr Neo Simutanyi says the frequency with which political leaders move from one political party to another is worrying, stating that this shows a lack of principles. On Sunday, UPND Director General for Media under the Presidential Support Programme (PSP), Frank Bwalya, said many people, including himself, have joined political parties without expecting any material reward because their political commitment is often driven by patriotism.
