SOUTH African-based presidential aspirant Willah Mudolo has urged President Hakainde Hichilema to immediately convene a national indaba on energy, saying his recent admission of failure in the sector is a desperate call for help. Last Tuesday, President Hichilema said government acknowledged its failure in the energy sector and would use it as an opportunity to solve the problem going forward.
