FORMER Foreign Affairs minister Harry Kalaba says President Hakainde Hichilema displayed double standards by attending Tanzanian President Samia Suluhu Hassan’s inauguration. Kalaba, who is also Citizens First president, said the President declined attending Zimbabwean President Emerson Mnangagwa’s inauguration, citing unfair elections, but attended Hassan’s inauguration, where key opposition leaders were barred from participating in the election.
