CHIEF Government Spokesperson Cornelius Mweetwa says those opposing Bill 7 should make formal submissions on what they believe the bill should contain. On Wednesday, the Archdiocese of Lusaka argued that the Constitution review timeframe was inadequate, further stating that there was no urgent need to amend the current Constitution.
