FOUR people have died, while a driver has fled the accident scene after the Hino Ranger light truck he was driving, carrying 35 passengers overturned after hitting a cow 30 kilometers west of Choma. In a statement, Southern Province Police Commanding Officer Auxensio Daka said 20 passengers sustained serious injuries while 11 sustained slight injuries.
