THE Catholic Diocese of Mpika has called on government to pause the constitutional amendment process and give attention to immediate needs affecting people. Caritas Mpika says it did not make submissions to the Constitution Amendment Technical Committee in Muchinga Province, as guided by the Zambia Conference of Catholic Bishops (ZCCB).
