PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema says the agriculture sector needs urgent attention, expressing disappointment over unresolved issues and urging public workers to change how they operate. Meanwhile, Agriculture Minister Reuben Mtolo Phiri says he is not running away from paying farmers, insisting that government has made payments, though not to the extent the community would have loved.
