ENERGY Minister Makozo Chikote says the country has recorded over 7,000 cases of vandalism of Zesco infrastructure in the last four years, resulting in a loss of about K130 million. Chikote says as part of long-term measures, government is amending laws to introduce stiffer penalties for vandalism, including making such cases non-bailable.
