GOVERNMENT has assured that all TAZARA workers will be retained, following the 31-year concession agreement signed with the China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC) to revitalise the entity. Rendering a ministerial statement in the National Assembly, Friday, Transport and Logistics Minister Frank Tayali said the total investment amounted to $1.4 billion.
