PF presidential aspirant and Luapula MP Chanda Katotobwe has declined his appointment as Member of the Central Committee (MCC). Recently, acting PF president Given Lubinda appointed Mansa PF MP and presidential aspirant Dr Chitalu Chilufya and Katotobwe as members of the PF Central Committee. However, on Wednesday, former PF secretary general Davies Mwila said the appointment of the two MPs to the Central Committee, as announced by Lubinda, was illegal.
