TECHNICAL Committee on Constitution Amendment Deputy Chairperson Dr Landilani Banda says it is utterly untrue that citizens were given any amount of money to endorse submissions. He further says the Constitutional amendments will represent the collective voice of the people as expressed through the submissions. Last week, Chapter One Foundation (CoF) said the consultation process for Bill No. 7 was not transparent, alleging that people in some provinces were being offered K100 notes to endorse submissions.
