PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema says the nation should “grow up” and avoid repeating mistakes that have cost it, such as accumulating too much debt. Meanwhile, President Hichilema has been conferred with an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Agribusiness by Mulungushi University.
