ZESCO Managing Director Justin Loongo says only 14 MW of the 50 MW Mansa solar plant will be commissioned by December. The full 50 MW which was scheduled to be commissioned in December would now be fully operations between March and April 2026. Speaking after touring the plant, Loongo said the delay had been caused by a few “hiccups”. “We should have been commissioning in December.
