PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has established a Drivers’ Desk at State House to address issues affecting drivers countrywide. The Head of State says the advisory team will coordinate the desk in collaboration with a technical committee made up of selected drivers to get first-hand information. In a Facebook post, Wednesday, President Hichilema said the creation of the Drivers’ Desk was in line with the commitment he made to drivers while in opposition. “Drivers matter to us as they are critical to moving our economy.
