SPEAKER of the National Assembly Nelly Mutti has declared the Chawama seat vacant following the continued absence of the member of parliament, Tasila Lungu. Tasila has been absent since the death of her father, former president Edgar Lungu, in June. Meanwhile, Tasila says she had made every effort to represent the people of Chawama, including virtually.
