DOREEN Mwamba says she is racing against time to push for the castration law targeting men who defile children, before the dissolution of the National Assembly. Meanwhile, Mwamba has disagreed with PF faction Secretary General Brenda Nyirenda’s remarks that women are the worst people to put in leadership. Last year in August, Mwamba, who is Minister of Community Development and Social Services announced that when Parliament resumed, she would introduce a motion advocating for the castration of men found guilty of defiling girls.
