THE Electoral Commission of Zambia says it’s in the final stages of preparations to begin the delimitation of constituencies. In a statement, Monday, ECZ Chief Electoral Officer Brown Kasaro said the delimitation exercise would be conducted with full engagement of stakeholders and expected to conclude before the certification of the Register of Voters scheduled for 30th April 2026.
