POLITICAL Analyst Dr Neo Simutanyi says the August elections are one of the worst managed polls the country has ever had, as they exposed ECZ’s incompetence. And Dr Simutanyi has advised President Hakainde Hichilema to devote his second term to deepening the country’s democracy by not suppressing the opposition.
