HOME Affairs and Internal Security Minister Jack Mwiimbu has expressed displeasure and disappointment over the political violence that has characterised the Kabwata parliamentary by-election slated for January 20. And Mwiimbu says government has given individuals illegally holding onto government motor vehicles seven days amnesty within which to surrender them, failure to which they will be arrested and charged for theft of motor vehicles.
