THE Lusaka High Court has refused to disjoin former Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) acting director general Rosemary Khuzwayo as the second defendant in a case in which former Health minister Dr Chilufya Chitalu sued the commission, seeking damages for malicious prosecution. High Court Judge Pixie Yangailo stated in her ruling that Khuzwayo could not be disjoined as the allegations raised by Dr Chilufya against her relate to actions allegedly taken in bad faith in her capacity as acting director general of ACC.
