MINISTER of Transport and Logistics Frank Tayali says President Hakainde Hichilema is a democrat and team builder who allows divergent views from his ministers. Last week, PF Media Director Antonio Mwanza said the UPND government was a one-man show and that was why ministers treat President Hichilema’s feelings as government policies.
