PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema say it is embarrassing that Kigali in Rwanda, which was afflicted by war 23 years ago, now looks like a European city. And President Hichilema says there is a lot of abuse of human rights in the Judiciary due to delay in delivering justice.
