THE Patriotic Front has welcomed Youth, Sports and Arts Minister Elvis Nkandu’s remarks that not everything the party did is bad, bragging that they actually did a lot of good things. Nkandu recently said not everything the Patriotic Front did is bad, hence the UPND’s decision to continue with the procurement of 150 more fuel tankers for youth empowerment.
