FORMER Kasama Central PF member of Parliament Kelvin Sampa has challenged his former party to produce evidence of him saying President Hakainde Hichilema would never rule Zambia. And Sampa has refuted claims by PF lawyer Tutwa Ngulube that he sponsored cadres at Intercity Bus Terminus, saying he was actually hated for speaking against cadreism.
