FORMER Kasama Central PF member of Parliament Kelvin Sampa has challenged his former party to produce evidence of him saying President Hakainde Hichilema would never rule Zambia. And Sampa has refuted claims by PF lawyer Tutwa Ngulube that he sponsored cadres at Intercity Bus Terminus, saying he was actually hated for speaking against cadreism. Ngulube said through a Facebook post that Sampa who recently joined UPND had said President Hichilema would never rule Zambia, adding that he was also in charge of the violent cadres at Intercity who would beat up UPND members wearing party regalia.
