FOREIGN Affairs and International Cooperation Minister Stanley Kakubo has announced that President Hakainde Hichilema will be travelling to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, to participate in the 36th Ordinary Session of the Assembly of the African Union. And Kakubo says the President has indicated that he will spend close to 70 percent of his time in the country to resolve rigidities that are an impediment to investments.
