ON Monday this week, President Hakainde Hichilema appointed 20 judges in the Judicial arm of the government. Among the appointees were Professor Margaret Munalula as Judge president of the Constitutional Court and Arnold Shilimi as deputy president of the court. The President also appointed Mudford Mwandenga, Judge Maria Kawimbe and Judge Kenneth Mulife as judges of the Constitutional Court. The President went further to appoint, Laston Mwanabo, Mwaka Samundengu, Enias Chulu, Mbile Wina, Obister Musukwa, Anne Ononuju, Geoffrey Mulenga, Malaro Nyirenda, Vincent Siloka, Greenwell Malumani, Mabolobolo Mwananjiti and Situmbeko Chocho as Judges of the High Court, among other appointees.
