ELECTORAL Commission of Zambia (ECZ) Chairperson Mwangala Zaloumis says the commission has added 10 more districts to the initial districts where the Continuous Registration of Voters was launched. Speaking during a meeting with Provincial and District Electoral Officers, Friday, Zaloumis said since the exercise started in June 2022, ECZ had managed to capture a large number of voters in the initial 10 districts with Kasama recording the highest. “It is the commission’s desire to take electoral services closer to the people.
