A LUSAKA man has been dragged to the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court for allegedly having carnal knowledge of two girls aged two and three at his house in Makeni. Sami Sievi, 20, is facing two counts of unnatural offences. Allegations are that in October 2022, Sievi did unlawfully have carnal knowledge with the victims below the age of 16. When the matter came up for trial before magistrate Kawama Mwanfuli, one of the victim’s mother, testified that the accused is her landlord’s son.
