A NATIONAL Prosecution Authority (NPA) prosecutor based in Mwinilunga District has sued the state demanding damages for unlawful detention, false imprisonment, and assault occasioning actual bodily harm. Chirwa Jumbani, who has sued the Anti-Corruption Commission, Attorney General, and two Mwinilunga Drug Enforcement Commission Officers, Gift Lipupio and Nasilele Manyando, also wants the court to order the defendants to buy him a new motor vehicle, an order for the release of his seized phone as well as K500,000 for loss of business.
