THE Lusaka City Council (LCC) says it will deal with the workers who protested yesterday over salary arrears administratively because it was an illegal protest. And LCC Public Relations Manager Chola Mwamba says the council is only owing some workers 2 months in salary arrears, and not three months. Some LCC workers yesterday morning protested over salary arrears.
