LABOUR and Social Security Minister Brenda Tambatamba says her ministry cannot pull and spend money that is intended to go to healthcare providers. Meanwhile, a medical doctor at the University Teaching Hospital (UTH), Lombe Musonda, says the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIMA) has enabled people who wouldn’t otherwise afford things like CT scans to afford them.
