THE government will today announce the handover of Konkola Copper Mines back into the hands of Vedanta Resources Limited, after over four years of operations as a going concern, but under provisional liquidation. According to a notice of media engagement issued by ZCCM-IH, Minister of Mines Paul Kabuswe will be holding a press conference today at 14:00 hours at Mulungushi International Conference Centre Kenneth Kaunda Wing.
