FISHERIES and Livestock Minister Makozo Chikote says the proposal to make the offence of stock theft non-bailable is aimed at securing the country’s livestock industry. Chikote adds that the idea is not for President Hakainde Hichilema’s benefit because he has enough capacity to protect his animals.
