FISHERIES and Livestock Minister Makozo Chikote says the proposal to make the offence of stock theft non-bailable is aimed at securing the country’s livestock industry. Chikote adds that the idea is not for President Hakainde Hichilema’s benefit because he has enough capacity to protect his animals. But former Fisheries and Livestock minister Greyford Monde has described the proposal as a misplacement of ideas.
