THE Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC) says the smuggling of mealie-meal from the Copperbelt Province through Kasumbalesa border post is a crisis which calls for concerted efforts from all law enforcement agencies to curb it. And DEC says it is also concerned about the open sale of drugs at the border.
