THE Solwezi Subordinate Court has convicted and sentenced former National Pension Scheme Authority (NAPSA) Accounts Clerk Stark Simbaya to two years imprisonment with hard labour for fraud involving over K2 million. In a statement, Tuesday, ACC Head of Corporate Communications Timothy Moono stated that Magistrate Davies Chibwili found Simbaya, 48, guilty of Fraudulent False Accounting and Uttering of False Documents.
