FOUR Mtendere men have appeared before the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court and pleaded not guilty to trafficking in psychotropic and narcotic substances. Amos Mwanza, 44, Luckson Charewa, 19, Mathews Mwanza, 19, and Omega Mukuka, 19, are facing two counts of trafficking in psychotropic and narcotic substances.
